O&M Support Service
The basic concept of this service is to give continuous support for the Owner's O&M team to Achieve/ improvement of Targeted PLF/Availability factor with Safe , Stable and efficient plant Operation which will enable Customer realize improved Plant Reliability and Availability providing a competitive advantage, which equates to higher profit margin and increased asset value.
O&M support service will also covers following plant requirement as minimal and can be expanded based on client's requirement.
- Guidance in Daily Operation and Maintenance of the Power Plant to ensure safe, Efficient and Reliable Plant Operation.
- Guiding Maintenance team in day to day maintenance activities as well planning.
- Outage planning including required spares assessment.
- Comprehensive site specific training of the Owner's O&M Team.
- Spares Optimization based on past maintenance history for better inventory control.
- Suggestion for Plant management for scope of improvement in Plant efficiency and any available Up gradation.
